Philip Fry of the 1100 block of Oberlin Road, Middletown, Lower Swatara Township was arrested following a warranted search of his home.
The search was conducted by the Derry Township Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children Investigators, along with Detectives from the Dauphin County Criminal Investigation Division.
The search was part of a larger investigation after receiving tips about Child Sexual Abuse Material.
During the search, Fry was "arrested and charged with multiple crimes related to the possession and dissemination of Child Sexual Abuse Material," police said.
His charges are as follows:
Felony Sexual Abuse of Children-Dissemination of photographs, videotapes, computer depictions, and films.
Felony Child Pornography.
Felony Criminal Use of Communication Facility.
Fry works for First Student Bus Services taking children in the "Steelton/Highspire School District to different private schools in the Harrisburg area," as stated in the release.
Both the school and the bus company have been working with investigators.
